“it’s knowing what you’ve done before” was the comment I received after a discussion about a new glass wall project (we have done exactly the required solution on a previous scheme by the way).
The saying ‘double edged sword’ springs to mind. On the one hand, it’s great that we’ve already done this solution elsewhere so we can re-use it. On the other hand, should my client already know that we can offer this solution?
As you might expect from IBS, we have a vast array of solutions and lots of design capability, so I find it impossible to ensure that everyone we work with (or potentially could work with) knows exactly what we can do or how we can help! That’s why one of my key messages is always to get in touch and see how we can work together to deliver excellence for your client.
